Location: Red Oak, TX
Pay: $20-$22 per hour (based on experience)
The Hamptons Event Venue is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-service-oriented Unarmed Security Officer to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining a safe environment, and representing a first-class wedding and event venue.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of security experience required
* Valid Texas Security License preferred
* Reliable transportation
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night events
* Must be dependable and arrive on time for all shifts
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Responsibilities:
* Monitor guests and venue property during events
* Control access points and parking areas
* Assist with crowd management and guest safety
* De-escalate situations professionally and respectfully
* Enforce venue policies and procedures
* Complete incident reports when necessary
* Work closely with venue management and event staff
Schedule:
* Primarily Friday and Saturday evenings
* Typical shift hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
* Additional weekend and special event shifts available
