It is not a deal breaker. At the moment, I am able to do around $150 a week or $600 a month or less. I am quiet, but also very personalable... I am the type of person that is super respectful and understands boundaries. I am clean and definitely pickup after myself.
Recently I went through a couple of tragedies and I would like to be somewhere where I can have enough privacy to heal and move forward. I really do not want to be in a situation where there are too many house mates.
I enjoy all sports, ufc. I go to church on Sundays when I can. I typically take my mom. She loves to go instead of watching on a stream. Having said that I am very spiritual and hope this does not offend anyone, but I am straight and single.
