Non smoker , no kids , no pets , no drugs and only a social drinker. Also I just passed an extensive background check for my aforementioned senior level job for additional comfort to potential landlords. Looking for similar type roommates. NOT looking for anything weird ! Serious post looking for housing options.

Budget max is $1000 for high quality room rentals. Possibly a bit more if for say you have another room in a nice high rise available, nice private home/condo
