I am offering my services.
I am a professional flooring installer.
With more than 19 years of experience doing hardwood floors in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
And I like to provide you with a good quality and affordable service.
Services that I specialize doing are this.
Solid woods,pre-finish or unfinished, engineered wood floors, laminates, vinyl planks, waterproof laminates.
This prices are for labor only!
Stair cases 1250 regular ones.(labor only)
1500 curve ones.(labor only)
3650 with 1”oak treads and raisers.(materials included)
For laminate floor.1.75per sqft.
Floating vinyl planks 1.75per sqft.
Glue down vinyl planks 1.25per sqft,if it is comercial and more then 1000 sf if its in a home and less then that it will be 1.75per sf.
There will be additional charge for carpet renoval and haul a way and installing shoemoldings or removing baseboards and reinstall them back..
2.25 per sqft. on engineered wood,floated or glued down, Labor only.
Preefinish Solid wood glue down or nail down 2.75 per sf.
Nail down wood floor 2.75 per sqft.(installation only.)
Preefinish nail down wood 2.75per sqft.
I also fix hollow spots, scratches, loose boards, water damages, do transitions, patches, install 1/4 rounds, baseboards.
We also install wall decorative wood planks..
275 Minimum labor charge on small repairs or jobs.
Sand and finish and hand scrapes 3.25 per sf..
carpet.
Carpet prices depends on the size of the project,I charge a minimum labor charge of 285 for a small job or for a repair if you have a 12/12 bedroom it will be 285 if its more then that it will be little extra
I do one year warranty in all the labor that I provide.
