From fixing water damage restoration to installations and sand and finish and hand scrapes.
Also we install all types of floors such as solid wood,LVP floors,laminates and glue down engineered woods.
This are my prices per sf.
Solid wood installation 2.75 unfinished,(3.25 prefinished).
Engineered wood 2.25.
Laminates 1.75
LVP floors 1.75
Sand and finish 3.25 smooth finish,4.00 hand scrape.
Also do small repairs.
Minimum labor charge of 285 on small repairs.(depending on what has to be done).
