Rain season is our busiest time, we get a good share of leads based on our reputation on internet as well as being well established for many years in the DFW metroplex and have established good relationships with GCs and commercial management groups.
We are an A+ BBB, members of the NTRCA and other local and national roofing associations.
This is an excellent job opportunity for a qualified sales person, the sky is the limit with no cap.

Must have at least 5+ years in roofing sales with commercial roofing sales and knowledge (training avaiable for the right canididate)
Must be able to market to "GC's, Property Managers, Building Owners, Commercial Maintance, Commercial Realators and more".
Must learn estimating software for quick price negotiating only (we do the major estimating)
Must have good appearance, personality, friendly and easy to get along with. Our clients are intellegent, experienced in their business and want good conversation and communication.
Must be familiar to DFW area as well as willing to travel if needed (Gas, hotel and foof allowances for traveling to areas assigned)
Must be able to pass a background check (No Felons)
We have a very competitive pay structure and are paid based on preformance. We pay draws on contracts and we pay weekly (based on experience we will consider a base salary). We have a very aggressive commission structure.
