Job description:
We are a licensed, growing public adjusting firm in North Texas, advocating for homeowners and businesses to maximize insurance recoveries after property damage (hail, wind, tornadoes, fires, water losses, etc.). With Texas weather creating constant demand in the DFW metro, we’re expanding!
We’re hiring licensed Texas Public Insurance Adjusters and motivated apprentices/trainees (adjuster-in-training) to join on a commission-focused, independent contractor basis.
What we offer:
• Uncapped earning potential – experienced adjusters often hit 6+ figures
• For apprentices: Hands-on mentorship, sponsorship for trainee license, guided path to full public adjuster licensure (exam prep, claim shadowing, etc.)
• Lead support, marketing help, estimating tools/software, admin assistance, and attorney referrals for tough claims
• Flexible field/remote hybrid schedule
• Fast payouts on settled files
• Real training and growth in a high-volume storm market
What we’re looking for – Licensed Adjusters:
• Active Texas Public Insurance Adjuster license (required – check TDI/Sircon; no exceptions)
• Property claims experience (hail/wind a big plus in Texas)
• Ethical, self-motivated – comfortable with post-storm outreach and client meetings
What we’re looking for – Apprentices/Trainees:
• No license yet? No problem – we’ll sponsor your trainee adjuster license (up to 12 months under our supervision per TDI rules)
• Motivated, quick learner, outgoing personality
• Interest in property claims and public adjusting (advocating for policyholders)
• Reliable transportation, smartphone, willingness to learn door-to-door/storm response
• Clean background – we’ll handle fingerprints/application process
• Goal: Earn while you train toward full licensure
If you’re switching from carrier-side adjusting, tired of low caps, or just starting out and want to build a career helping insureds in Dallas-Fort Worth’s active claims environment, this is a solid opportunity.
