Element Moving & Storage is a high-volume, fast-growing moving and storage company. We don’t do cheap moves and we don’t do sloppy sales. We’re looking for someone who can handle inbound leads, establish trust quickly, and convert conversations into booked jobs.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait role.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound calls, texts, and online leads
Provide accurate quotes and set clear expectations
Follow up aggressively and professionally
Close deals and hit weekly and monthly booking goals
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth handoffs
Update CRM consistently and correctly
What We’re Looking For
Inside sales experience preferred (moving, logistics, home services is a big plus)
Confident on the phone
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with goals, accountability, and performance tracking
Team player who pulls their weight and then some
What We Offer
Full-time position
Base salary plus commission

Busy lead flow. You won’t be dialing for nothing

Schedule- 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
