National Commercial Restoration is hiring sales representatives to identify, develop, and close commercial roofing and restoration opportunities resulting from hail and wind events. This is a performance driven role built for self motivated professionals who want uncapped earning potential and clear advancement.
Responsibilities
Prospect and contact commercial property and asset owners
Conduct on site inspections and identify storm related damage
Educate owners on the insurance restoration process
Manage opportunities from initial contact through contract execution
Coordinate with internal production and operations teams
Requirements
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Comfortable with cold calling, door knocking, and in person meetings
Ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline
Commercial roofing or construction experience preferred but not required
Compensation
Commission based with uncapped earning potential
Training, support, and defined sales process provided
