💼 Role Overview
We are seeking motivated, outgoing Project Consultants with high integrity to join our team. This is a fully commission-based role with lucrative earning potential, plus bonuses, vehicle allowance and fuel card.
As a Project Consultant, you will:
• Generate leads by engaging with customers in-store and at events with Big Box Retail Partner
• Build relationships with homeowners and educate them on replacement windows, siding, roofing, decks and fences
• Represent our brand and our retail partner with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Drive sales through consultative selling and follow-up.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement or construction industry a plus).
• Valid driver’s license required and vehicle insurance required
