AIM Roofing is a growing, established roofing company in the DFW area. We are hiring motivated Roofing Project Managers who want real opportunity, strong income, and long-term growth.
This role starts in the field with door-to-door canvassing and grows into full project management. You are not just knocking doors — you are managing your own projects and your own income.
What the role includes
• Door-to-door canvassing to set roofing inspections
• Meeting homeowners and performing inspections
• Assisting with insurance claims and estimates
• Managing projects from approval through completion
• Opportunity to grow into managing a sales team under you

Compensation Structure (Clear & Fair)
New Project Managers
• 40% commission
• Job costs are deducted first (labor, materials, and 10% company overhead)
• You earn 40% of the remaining profit
Experienced Project Managers
• 50–60% commission
• Same breakdown as above
• Percentage is based on experience and performance
Bonuses
• Close 6 or more claims per month and qualify for additional bonuses

• When the first insurance check is received, you earn commission on the available profit
• Once the job is completed and the final payment is collected, you receive the remaining commission
Most companies wait until the very end to pay. We pay as soon as funds are available so you’re not chasing your money.
Training & Support
• 1–2 week boot camp covering roofing, insurance, and estimates
• Hands-on support with claims, supplements, and project management
Who we’re looking for
• Go-getters who aren’t afraid of door-to-door work
• Comfortable hearing “no” and staying consistent
• Reliable, coachable, and motivated
• Experience is a plus, but not required
