Staffing Sales Manager (Richardson)

compensation: Base Salary Plus Commission

Job Description:

Snelling has an immediate opening for a B2B Salesperson in our corporate office in Richardson, TX. This position will be responsible for acquiring new business for our company in the staffing industry. The B2B Salesperson should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include the following:

- Prospecting new clients through cold calls, lead generation, and sales appointments

- Facilitate ongoing client satisfaction feedback through regular calls and email campaigns

- Generate proposals including pricing and billing rates to secure contracts with potential clients

- Educate clients on current local and national market trends pertaining to the industry


High School Diploma/GED Required

Strong Networking and Presenting Skills

Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills

Proficient Computer Skills (CRM/ATS systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
