Not perfect by any means but never been in deep water or mud. Never snorkeled. Weather got best of some plastics and seats but everything underneath bike is in great shape.
Was used on ranch and then sat for many years.
Some of the plastics have seen better days but look fine, has dump bed and the seats need to be replaced imo.
Tires have been riden around by kids on concrete so wore down and need to be replaced if you plan on hitting deep mud imo. Can buy new seat cushions for about 200 bucks.
If I replaced these things I would be firm at 7500.
