We are currently seeking a Sr. Java Microservices Developer (FTE / Onsite) to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United Stes (US).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Design and architect scalable Java-based microservices solutions.
•    Provide technical leadership to development teams and mentor junior developers.
•    Develop APIs and backend services using Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, and RESTful standards.
•    Implement caching stregies using Redis.
•    Drive DevOps best practices using CI/CD pipelines.
•    Work on containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
•    Collabore with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and scalable applicion architecture.
•    Monitor applicions and systems using New Relic and other logging/monitoring tools.
•    Ensure secure, high-performance, and maintainable coding practices.
•    Lead the design, development, and deployment of IVR solutions including AI and chbots, ensuring alignment with business requirements and customer needs.
•    Oversee the integrion of IVR systems with telephony plforms, CRM, dabases, and other enterprise systems to provide seamless functionality.
•    Manage and mentor a team of developers and engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices.
•    Monitor, analyze, and optimize IVR performance, addressing lency, call flow issues, and enhancing user experience.
•    Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to gher requirements and deliver solutions th enhance customer sisfaction.
•    Ensure ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely updes of IVR systems to maintain reliability and comply with evolving technology standards.

 
Skills Required:
 
•    Overall 7+ years of experience.
•    strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, hiberne with expertise in design, development, performance tuning, microservice, troubleshooting and deployment
•    Good understanding of ECS, Kubernetes, and open shift.
•    We should be well versed with designing and architecting solutions with the lest tech advancements.
•    Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applicions
•    Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
•    Subject Mter Expert (SME) in least one area of Applicions Development
•    Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dicte
•    Demonstred leadership and project management skills
•    Consistently demonstres clear and concise written and verbal communicion
