INTEGRITY 1ST CAR PROS IP HOLDINGS LLC. is looking to fill a full-time, permanent position of an Information Security Analyst.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Security Planning & Implementation
Develop and maintain a comprehensive security strategy aligned with our transition to a fully cloud-based infrastructure, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Implement and regularly update security configurations and controls for GCP services, VOIP systems, and cloud-based financial and HR platforms.
System Monitoring & Risk Assessment
Continuously monitor the organization's networks, cloud systems, and endpoints to detect and respond to suspicious activities and potential breaches.
Perform risk assessments on all digital infrastructure and recommend mitigation strategies to protect against internal and external threats.
Policy & Compliance Management
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001) and data privacy regulations.
Support the creation and upkeep of audit trails and system logs necessary for financial and regulatory compliance.
API & Third-Party Security Oversight
Evaluate and secure API endpoints used by internal and third-party vendors to access company systems.
Monitor and control access rights, ensuring that third-party integrations do not introduce vulnerabilities.
Incident Response & Reporting
Create and maintain an incident response plan. Investigate and respond to security breaches, malware attacks, phishing attempts, and other threats.
Cloud Infrastructure & Data Protection
Secure corporate documents including legal filings, contracts, HR records, and financials stored in the cloud.
Deploy encryption, access control, and backup protocols to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
Education & Training
Train staff on cybersecurity best practices, including safe data handling, password hygiene, and identifying social engineering attempts.
Serve as the company’s in-house cybersecurity advisor and advocate.
Desired skills:
• Proficiency in cloud security protocols, specifically within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with VOIP system security, API security, SIEM tools, and IAM (Identity and Access Management).
• Deep understanding of network protocols, vulnerability management, data encryption, and incident response methodologies.
• Strong ability to conduct security audits, risk assessments, and recommend actionable strategies.
• Effective communication and documentation skills for interfacing with executives, legal teams, and third-party vendors.
Minimum Job Requirements:
BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN CYBERSECURITY/INFORMATION SECURITY
24 MONTHS OF PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THE POSITION OFFERED/CYBERSECUTIRY/DIGITAL SECURITY/E-SAFETY
