We are looking for a motivated IT Specialist to join our team and provide high-quality technical support to our Dallas-based business clients. This is a dynamic role that combines remote helpdesk support with hands-on, on-site technical work.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
•Provide remote helpdesk support for client IT issues, ranging from password resets to software glitches.
•Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems involving Windows 11 workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
•Assist with the setup and maintenance of printers, scanners, and other office peripherals.
On-site Service & Installations
•Travel to client locations across Dallas to perform hands-on IT work.
•Assist with network installations, including mounting equipment and basic network cabling.
•Deploy new hardware (PCs, monitors, docking stations) and ensure a seamless setup for the end-user.
Client & Ticket Management
•Use our ticketing system to document all work, manage daily tasks, and track time for billing purposes.
•Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed of the status of their requests.
•Escalate complex issues to Senior Engineers while staying involved to learn the resolution process.
Cloud & Systems Administration
•Perform basic administration tasks within Microsoft 365 (user creation, license management, group updates).
•Assist in maintaining client network health using Ubiquiti and other networking tools.
Requirements:
Experience & Attitude
•0–3 years of IT support experience (Entry-level candidates with a strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply).
•A positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.
•A strong desire to continuously learn new technologies and solve puzzles.
Technical Knowledge
•Proficiency with Windows 11 operating systems.
•Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, IP addresses, routers).
•Experience with Microsoft 365 is a major plus.
•Experience with Ubiquiti products or network cabling is a plus.
•Previous experience in an MSP environment is a plus.
Logistics
•Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel to client sites in the Dallas area.
•Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.
•Any IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus.
