I have a 15,000 sf building I can subdivide into spaces as small as 500 sf. The price includes taxes, insurance, maintenance, dumpster, water, electricity, security, and landscaping. The building has 3 dock hi loading spaces, 16’ ceiling, and is open span. It is centrally located with easy access to I30, I40, I35, and 75

Our price is .75 cents per sf per month lease or month to month rental. At the signing of the agreement the first month and a deposit of the same amount will be due. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the agreement if the space is left in the same condition as received. If clean up and repairs are required that will be paid out of the deposit with any balance, if any, refunded.
