We are looking for a seasoned, reliable Senior Carpenter to bring their expertise to our growing team. We need a true craftsman. If you have 15+ years of experience in the trade, take pride in a flawless finish, and can seamlessly pivot between heavy carpentry and precise drywall work, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
• Construct, install, and repair structures using wood, metal, and alternative materials to exact specifications.
• Perform high-quality repairs and installations on doors, windows, stairs, and trim.
• Execute high-level drywall installation, patching, and finishing as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the construction crew, offering guidance to less experienced teammates and ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications & Requirements
• 15+ years of proven experience in carpentry and drywall/finishing.
• Must own a comprehensive set of reliable hand and power tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable, job-site-ready transportation.
• A strong work ethic, a collaborative team mindset, and sharp problem-solving skills.
