DEALBREAKER:
The qualified candidate must have significant experience in commercial HVAC construction running pipe — especially copper pipe. This is non-negotiable.

Other Requirements:
Must be able to pass a clean criminal background check to get badged for high-security projects.
Minimum 3 years of copper pipe fitting & welding in a commercial HVAC construction setting.
High school diploma or technical school preferred.
Skills Needed:
Equipment selection & installation
Quality control analysis
Equipment maintenance & repair
Proficient in multiple welding techniques (flat, vertical, overhead)
Ability to read/analyze engineering drawings and specifications
Job Duties:
Lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components for HVAC systems
Weld and tack components/assemblies using electric, gas, or arc welding equipment
Cut, grind, and finish metal workpieces to specifications
Install/repair HVAC equipment, valves, and related components
Inspect welds and joints for accuracy and safety compliance
Perform duties as assigned by supervisor while maintaining company policies
Physical Requirements:
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Work in extreme weather conditions (indoor/outdoor job sites)
Regular, punctual attendance required
Must be able to communicate clearly on phone/radio
