Mandatory Requirements:
• Outdoor Lighting Expertise: You must have experience installing or troubleshooting landscape lighting or permanent roofline systems (low-voltage, LED tracks, controllers).
• Software Skills: Proficiency in daily order and fulfilment processing.
• Technical Support: Ability to explain wiring, power supply requirements, and controller setup to customers via phone/email.
Responsibilities:
• Precision picking/packing of lighting components in a clean office environment.
• Managing inventory of technical parts (drivers, connectors, LED modules).
• Customer support includes helping customers resolve installation hurdles.
• Growing into an Operations Lead as the company scales.
