Are you a proven construction leader with experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), renewable energy, or large-scale industrial construction? We're looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team immediately in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and help deliver cutting-edge energy storage projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
✅ Responsibilities Include:
• Leading daily construction activities and coordinating field crews, EPC contractors, and subcontractors on Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects
• Conducting morning planning meetings, pre-task briefings, and safety discussions
• Managing schedules, manpower, work execution strategies, and project deliverables
• Tracking construction progress and maintaining daily reports, productivity logs, and project documentation
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, engineers, commissioning teams, and site leadership
• Supporting QA/QC processes and ensuring installations comply with project specifications, drawings, and procedures
• Monitoring safety performance, housekeeping standards, and jobsite compliance
• Managing materials, tools, equipment, and resource availability to support daily operations
• Identifying and resolving field issues to maintain project continuity and schedule performance
• Documenting completed work, punch list items, corrective actions, and project milestones
• Supporting electrical installation activities including busbar systems, fuse installations, combiner equipment, and related BESS infrastructure
• Providing regular status updates, progress reports, and executive summaries to project stakeholders
💪 Ideal Candidate:
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Experience supervising Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), renewable energy, utility-scale solar, electrical, industrial, or power generation projects
✔ Ability to manage multiple crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
✔ Proficient with project reporting, scheduling, progress tracking, and construction documentation
✔ Strong understanding of construction safety practices and quality standards
✔ Experience coordinating directly with clients, EPC contractors, and engineering teams
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-driven construction environment
