Pay & Miles
$0.80 CPM – all miles paid (empty & loaded)
Average 5,500–7,000 miles per week (team)
Weekly pay
$0.05 CPM safety & operational performance bonus paid monthly
$125 per day orientation pay (per driver)
$50 holiday pay (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
Additional Pay
$35 per extra stop
Detention pay: $25/hour after 2 hours (up to $200)
Layover & breakdown pay: $200 per day
Freight & Routes
70% dedicated freight / 30% spot market
Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
Primary running area: Eastern U.S. (east of I-35)
Possible dedicated IL–TX routes for qualified teams, based on availability
