Electricity is separately metered paid with rent. $400/month plus electric. $300 Electricity deposit required at move in and $400 rent due at move in for a total of $700 total move in cost. The second month of rent will be prorated as of the first of the month.

We are well away from the road, private and quiet. There is a cold water wash and dry laundry facility on site. Godley is a small up and coming farm town community just south of Fort Worth. Downtown Godley offers a small grocery store, a few gas stations, Sonic, Dairy Queen, a few pizza shops, a Mexican restaurant and a boasts a few awesome food trucks. Godley hosts a few small town events that gather the community together in a way only small towns can! I love the tractor pull event which is a whole lot of fun to see!

We are close to Fort Worth, Cleburne, Weatherford, Joshua, Burleson, Crowley, Cresson, Granbury, and Benbrook. Have a great day and thank you for considering!
