1949 Taylorcraft BC12-D. 65 HP Continental airplane freshly topped new soft chrome cylinders. The cylinders, pistons, valves are new. New cam shaft. 12 gallon main tank with 6 gallon in left wing. $10,000 it was being repainted on interior. So it is tapped off for painting. 8 hours since STOH. 1982 Hours TOTAL time on airframe. 8 new spark plugs, new fuel drain and sediment bowl.
New permanent sealed struts installed.
Installed four new “soft chrome” cylinder kits from Sal’s Aircraft Cylinders in Prosper, Texas. Exhaust valves are sodium filled, new valve seals and guides. Cowl was repainted.
