91 Mariah MX19
4.3l v6 OMC Cobra inboard/outboard
Gauge reads under 430hrs
Original Road Runner trailer
Runs good, lots of new parts
Both boat and trailer registered until 2020
Brand new battery 3/29/19
Just rebuilt the tilt/trim cylinders with all new seals and bled the system 4/20/19.
Fresh oil change, new fuel filter... she's ready to go.
I bought it 2 years ago and was told that it only needed carb work. I rushed into it and it cost me, but I have put a lot of time and money into it to get it back to something that can be enjoyed on the water with friends and family. Boat has radio w/CD player, Aux plugin, and 4 speakers (2 in rear need to be replaced). Boat has a transom live well (built in to swim step/deck) and one in the bow under the front cushion. It has storage beneath the other two seats in the bow, in the floor, beneath the cushions of the back seats/bench, and on either side of the motor beneath the deck for all of your items.
Parts/repairs since I've had it:
New upper unit for outdrive - bought from and installed by Bunting Marine - summer 2017
New Holley Carb - proper marine carb for motor - summer 2017
New starter - summer 2017
New tilt/trim motor
New plugs and wires
New battery cables
New upgraded manifolds/risers/gaskets - old OEM were prone to cracking
New bilge pump
New thermostat and impeller -2018
New 4 blade propeller - proper pitch
New boat cover
New LED trailer lights
New trailer axle complete w/hubs - end of summer 2018
New trailer tires when axle was replaced
Partial floor repair and new carpet
Rebuilt deck over motor (painted but not reupholstered)
Rebuilt tilt/trim cylinders w/all new seals - April 2019
Have receipts for the bigger things: Bunting Marine, the Holley carb, the manifold kit, trailer axle, and tires totaling over $5300
Needs a new cable that runs from the throttle assembly on the motor to the outdrive and some upholstery work as you can see in the pics. I did not worry about the upholstery as I focused on making the boat mechanically sound. The cable is not needed to enjoy the boat, but would make it easier to shift into reverse.
