I teach a Korean martial arts style of Sin Moo Hapkido. This means to unite the mind, body and spirit into one. I teach the physical aspects of Hapkido which is one of the first mixed martial arts. I teach all forms of self protection and will cater to your specific needs. I also teach special breathing techniques that include meditation, ki breathing and special rules for making your spirit strong.
