Looking for a housekeeper once a month. I will provide tools and supplies. You provide the labor. 2200 sq ft, single story home with all hard surface floors. Cleaning tasks: dusting, cleaning ceiling fans, clean 1 bathroom, clean baseboards, mop/machine scrub floors, clean kitchen countertops, clean appliances.
You: US citizen and can prove it, speak English, no drugs, can take direction, good attention to detail, honest, diligent, good work ethic, prefer single mom or student -- someone that really needs the actual money -- but not a requirement
Homeowner will ALWAYS be present, works from home.
Cleaning can be done any day of the week between 9 am and 5 PM.
