Let me be upfront: if my husband thinks you did a fantastic job, I probably won’t. I see the things most people overlook — dust behind furniture, buildup on baseboards, the tops of cabinets, the edges of vents, and every corner that usually gets ignored.
If you’re the type who believes in “good enough,” this isn’t the job for you. I’m looking for someone who takes real pride in their work — the kind of person who gets satisfaction from knowing every inch is spotless and organized.
This house isn’t a wreck, but I have very high standards. I want someone who cares about quality and pays attention to detail without needing to be told. If you’re thorough, dependable, and motivated by doing a job right, keep reading.
THE JOB
Phase 1 — Deep Clean (Initial Visit):
A complete reset of the home. Every room, every surface, every hidden spot. Baseboards scrubbed, cabinet tops wiped, light fixtures cleaned, under and behind furniture — nothing skipped. This will be a several-hour, detailed clean to bring the house up to standard.
Phase 2 — Maintenance (Ongoing):
Once the deep clean is done, I want regular weekly or bi-weekly visits to keep it hotel-level fresh. That means quick resets, light laundry, dishes handled, everything neat and in its place.
BONUS WORK (Extra Pay)
• Laundry and bed linens
• Closet, pantry, or drawer organization
• Light car cleaning/detailing
• Brushing or light grooming for dogs
EXPECTATIONS
• You work independently and don’t need constant direction.
• You see what needs to be done without being told.
• You’re punctual, professional, and reliable — no flakes.
• You’re not afraid of hard work or high standards.
There will be a short meet-and-greet/interview first — nothing formal, just to make sure it’s a good fit both ways.
