Our description: This has been a reliable machine for our business, this is the brand we consistently buy for daily use. It's a workhorse, in my opinion. This is not a color printer. It can print via network or USB, copies, scans and faxes (we did not use for scanning or faxing). It uses a Canon 120 cartridge. It has 2 paper trays, can print double sided, manual feeder accommodates specialty paper and envelopes. It does have a missing hinge on the top feeder, which does not limit functionality, but will need to be aware when using for copying.
