It is in Excellent condition and has had a screen protector(included) since Day 1! The screen protector(NOT the screen itself) has multiple scratches on it. It can be peeled off and replaced, if desired(the screen underneath will be pristine). You can tell, by the case back, it used to be in a case but I can't seem to find it anywhere(at any rate, the case back, like the screen itself, is pristine).
Battery health seems alright, but that will fluctuate based on what you're doing with it(you can't do much anymore other than view the web and read books as the OS is too old).
Includes charger(not Amazon-brand, but it works).
Will be reset to factory defaults: You go through set up, done!
