It is in Excellent condition and has had a case(included) since Day 1! There are two scratches on the screen: One is really, really small the other one is tiny(both around the left hand, top corner of the screen). They're hard to see when the screen is on, I really only noticed them when I went to take pictures.
Battery health seems good, seems to last a while, but that will fluctuate based on what you're doing with it.
Includes charger(not Amazon-brand, but it works).
Will be reset to factory defaults: You go through set up, done!
