The Cook is responsible for providing high quality and exceptional food for patients in a Bridgemoor Transitional Care (BTC). This position will be responsible for food preparation, dish washing and maintaining sanitary conditions in the kitchen.
Here's what we are looking for:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Three years’ successful experience as a cook interfacing with customers preferably in a high end restaurant
Successful completion of accredited Food Handler’s Training Course within sixty (60 days) of employment
Must be at least 18 years of age
WORK SCHEDULE: Ability to adhere to a flexible schedule which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 25 pounds for routine performance of essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
