Tinies seeking all positions for restaurant professionals for our Grand Opening (Cooks, Bartenders, Servers, Hosts, Food Runner, Porter) If you believe you are qualified please respond with your resume and a bit about yourself, we would love to meet you!

Host:
We have several openings for full-time Host positions
Location: Tinies, 115 South Main Street, Fort Worth TX 76104
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday PM
Requirement: Previous Hosting experience and a good understanding of Opentable is preferred but will train the right person with limited experience

Our Host / Hostess greets our customers as they join us for dinner and cocktails each evening. This position has opportunity for growth in the exciting Fort Worth hospitality Industry. Our Hosts / Hostesses possess a focus for detail and a passion for outstanding, attentive service that will always impress our guests and make them feel welcomed.

Qualifications:
Greet and/or acknowledge guests arriving within 30 seconds. If a delay is anticipated, it is communicated to the guest with an apology and an offer of additional services.
Seat patrons by escorting them to their assigned table, pull out chairs, and hand guests the menus. Guests are never to be seated at a table that is not fully set and ready for service.
Engage in polite conversation, create a personal dining experience, answer questions.
Answer the phone in accordance with restaurant standards.

Servers:
We have multiple openings for full-time Server positions
Location: Tinies, 115 South Main Street, Fort Worth TX 76104
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday PM
Requirement: Previous serving experience in a casual fine dining restaurant

Looking for energetic, positive individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment and can provide consistent, friendly, and responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Qualified candidates will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a true passion for hospitality, great food, spirits and wine.

Responsibilites:
Ability to provide or complete a Texas Food Handler and TABC Certification and renew as necessary.
Must possess a "sense of urgency" and general restaurant knowledge.
Ability to work given schedule, arrive on time, and ready to work.
Ability to learn a changing menu including ingredients, techniques, purveyors and allergy/aversions
A team player who is willing to push themselves to assist others

Bartenders:
We have several openings for full-time Bartender positions

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday PM
Requirement: Previous Bartending experience.
We are looking for a professional, high-energy Bartender with 1-2 years of experience and excellent communication skills to serve classic cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. The Bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences and suggest drinks accordingly. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.
To succeed as a Bartender, you should have a neat appearance and engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.
Responsibilities:

Ability to provide or complete a Texas Food Handler and TABC Certification and renew as necessary.
Study drink menus and inform customers about new beverages and specials.
Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
Taking inventory to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
Adhering to all safety and quality regulations.
Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
Maintaining a clean work area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Ability to provide or complete a Texas Food Handler Certification and renew as necessary

Line Cook:

Requirement: Previous cook experience.
Seeking talented Line Cooks with experience preparing fine dining yet casual style of food. We’re looking for creative individuals who are willing to work alongside our Executive Chef and Chef de cuisine to power the success of our Traditional Mexican Cuisine. Responsibilities:
Prepares assigned items according to the Prep Lists and as assigned by management
Communicates with management throughout the shift regarding inventory and availability of the product
Measures and assembles ingredients required for preparing standard recipes and as assigned by management
Assists in minimizing waste of product
Understands and complies with food safety and temperature standards
Clean, organize and maintain walk-in refrigerator, dry storage area, and overall kitchen space
Works to ensure consistency in quality, portions, and presentation
Receives and stores food and packaging as directed by Chefs
Cleaning; including dish washing on occasion and basic maintenance of kitchen
Safety:
Continuously improve the safety and well being of our people and our business
Ensure all equipment and products are used and maintained in a safe condition
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year cooking in a full-service restaurant
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
Knowledge of food handling and safety and sanitation practices
Ability to understand and carry out details written and/or verbal instructions independently
Strong working knowledge of professional cooking terminology, techniques, and meal prep
Be able to obtain a Texas Food Handler’s card before starting employment.
Physical Demands:
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance
Stand for prolonged periods using induction burners/oven, cooking utensils including sharp knives and industrial kitchen equipment
Some exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures and humidity
Occasionally required to lift heavy weights (50 pounds or greater
