The front two wheels are flat free,the rear tires still have alot of tread and hold air. The engine is also free of oil leaks. I have a new set of blades that i plan on giving with the mower. I can install them or you can take them with you to save when its current blades wear out. I also just replaced the corner wheels on the deck. I removed the deck safety covers so you could see the pulleys and they're condition. I do still have those covers and it will come with the mower. However the left hand cover would need to have the deck welded a bit so it can be properly seated. The deck itself was modified so that the chute can be opened, it aside discharge mower with a metal flap to stop rocks from flying out.
