Industrial Art Piece/Kitsch Gym Equipment For $200 or OBO. This was utilized as mechanical art in a mid century modern setting. Lasers, when focused on the spinning cam shafts, would create interesting and varied colorful patterns on the surrounding walls.

Below is web text about the actual device as a gym device:

A Niblack System Home Pony Slenderizing Machine. A silver tone metal construction with metal rotating rollers claimed by company to “reduce cellulite and increase circulation”. Please note: I do not make any claims on if this machine actually reduces cellulite or increases circulation. This machine is very heavy.

Niblack Home Pony Slenderizing System / Cellulite Machine Roller Massager. There used to be places called "Slenderizing Salons" that were filled with machines like this. This machine is called the "Pony." People (mostly women) would flock to these salons to become more slim and trim. Leaning ones hips, thighs, or buttocks against the rotating metal rollers created a reduction of fat and cellulite, in addition to an increase in circulation. I'm not making any claims, I'm just remembering what I have learned about this machine. My grandmother owned a Niblack Slenderizing Salon, and this "Pony" has been in the family ever since. The machine is made of metal, with a 2-prong power cord. Because of its solid construction, this machine is very heavy. It is in good working condition: the switch works, the motor works, the rollers rotate, etc. -- all as it is intended. It measures 28" wide x 14" deep x 26 ½" high at its highest point (the handles on the sides). If you would like to get more details or see an additional view via a photo, just let me know. [There is an identical Pony for sale on eBay right now (from a different seller) that is going for $600 -- Item #261548297332, to give you a frame of reference on price.]
