I offer calm, practical support for adults who feel overwhelmed by food choices, gut issues, or conflicting health information.
What I do:
I help people sort through what actually feels realistic and supportive for their body and lifestyle — without extremes, pressure, or judgment.
This is not medical care and not nutrition counseling. I don’t diagnose or prescribe. Sessions are conversational, supportive, and focused on clarity, nourishment, and regulation around food and health.
