We are small locally-owned company seeking a dependable and motivated part-time night technician to join our team for commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Position Details:
Hours: 20 hours per week (average).
Pay: $24.00 per hour to start, with a performance review and possible pay increase after 90 days.
Schedule: This position would require you to be available to start working between the hours of 4:00pm and 11:00pm Sunday-Thursday evenings.(Majority of the jobs start between 9-11pm, but you must still remain flexible for earlier start work times.)
(***1-2 jobs per week will start as early as 4:00pm***).
Each job lasts between 3-5 hours per night on average. Averaging around 20 hours per week.
You would be required to meet at various job sites throughout the ***entire DFW area***, so reliable transportation is a must. (Majority of the jobs are in the Fort Worth area but you must still be available to travel to different areas of the entire DFW area). This is a part time position.
Benefits: Workers' comp. (No other paid benefits at this time.)
Job Description:
-Perform commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning and pressure cleaning services to restaurants.
-Work on rooftops and ladders as part of cleaning operations.
-Operate pressure washing and cleaning equipment.
-Follow safety procedures and company standards.
-Work as part of a small team in restaurant environments after hours.
Requirements:
-Not afraid of heights (roof and ladder work required).
-Comfortable working overnight / late-night hours/ early mornings.
-Reliable transportation required to reach restaurants locations throughout DFW.
-Physically capable of manual labor.
-Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Prior pressure washing or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
This role is ideal for someone looking for steady, part-time income with flexible overnight scheduling, predictable 3–5 hour shifts per night.
