Assist with site preparation, including clearing and setting up work areas.
Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Perform thorough cleanup of construction sites, including removal of debris and materials.
Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction.
Must pass a background check.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25-60 pounds and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
