The ideal candidate must be comfortable operating equipment in active construction environments and capable of performing grading, dirt work, lot cleanup, and material handling with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Operate skid steer / bobcat safely and efficiently
Rough & final grading
Dirt spreading and site leveling
Lot and pad preparation
Debris and material loading / hauling on site
Assist with general site work as needed
Requirements:
Proven skid steer / bobcat operating experience
Ability to work in construction site conditions
Reliable transportation
Punctual and dependable
Must follow all site safety protocols
