We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Epoxy Floor Installer to join our team, who is committed to excellent craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
EPOXY FLOOR PREPARATION:
Experience with an angle grinder, epoxy installation a huge plus…
After the floor is thoroughly prepared; we will apply epoxy.
EPOXY COATING:
The Epoxy Floor Installer will prepare and epoxy flooring applying epoxy coatings to various 2 & 3 Car Garages, Patios, Shop Floors, etc. ensuring a smooth, durable, and visually appealing finish. This role requires an individual who is comfortable working with various tools and materials and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
TIME MANAGEMENT:
• ALWAYS BE ON TIME
• Conflicts of interest need to be called in 24 – 48 hours minimum!

RESPONCIBILITIES:
• Prepare and clean concrete surfaces for epoxy application, including grinding, crack filling, & patching as needed
• Mix and apply epoxy coatings quickly and accurately, ensuring even coverage and a professional finish
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Follow all company and industry safety standards
• Maintain and clean equipment after use
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, timelines, and maintenance tips
• Perform quality checks on completed projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
• EXPERIENCE: Epoxy floor installation or related construction/painting fields (preferred but not required) we will train you, if you have no experience…but if you have no experience, you must be a serious go getter, no hand holding, with great attitude.
• SKILLS: Familiarity with epoxy products, surface preparation, and application techniques
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift heavy equipment, stand, kneel, and work on hands and knees for extended periods
• LICENSE: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• OTHER: Great Attitude, Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
