We’re looking for a licensed plumber (Journeyman acceptable) with high-end residential experience to complete trim-out and final on a renovation ASAP. We want someone who takes pride in their work and does it right the first time.
Scope of work includes:
Install 2 toilets
Install 2 vanities
Install 1 shower enclosure + tub
Install 1 tankless water heater with new CPVC
Install 1 whole-home filtration system
Requirements:

References required
Upon hire, provide a photo of your driver’s license
We’ll use a short contract to protect everyone involved
W-9 required
Materials: Valves and trim/line sets will be provided (may need to be picked up).
Payment: Paid upon completion after approved work and verification. We’re ready to start tomorrow.
