While walking our dogs we crossed paths (Fort Worth)

I emerged from a creek bed and you were walking along the path. We startled you a bit. Your dog seemed curious to meet mine however my dog is a bit anti-social so we didn’t have time to talk. I’m a middle-aged male, medium build, ball cap and oakleys.
I didn’t think much of the encounter other than the fact that you were truly dazzling and I looked a bit weathered and creek bedded. When we parted ways you said two things that have lingered in my mind.
“Maybe next time” and “Hope to see you again”
I’ve been returning to the park in hopes of seeing you but fortune has eluded me.
