We are hiring Production Team Members to help build manufactured homes. This is a hands-on, full-time job where you can learn real construction skills. No experience required — we train. We encourage women to apply!
🔧 Skills You Can Learn:
• Framing
• Flooring installation
• Basic electrical & plumbing
• Roofing & exterior work
• Painting & finish work
• Hand & power tool use
✅ Requirements:
• 18+ years old
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to learn and work safely
• Pass drug test
