Somewhat modded with casters & 2 of the portholes covered as i felt it was "holyr than thou" but the wooden discs are easy enuf to remove if so desired. Yes the padded cover is included unles lowr offrs are made, that will be a tradeoff. Thanx for yur intrest . . .
