Beautiful CLASSIC 5-string Harmony "MARQUIS" Banjo with Case and extra strings. Great tone and volume, with no "buzz" on the fingerboard; Excellent Condition, from late '70's, aka: Harmony's "Lost Era", (around 1978 to the mid-1980s). These higher-quality instruments were part of the "lost era" of Harmony, and were adorned with an Eagle on the rear of the resonator. Decorations ranged from simple finishes with "dots" on the fingerboard, to inlaid examples. Embellished fingerboards are highly sought after by collectors and players, alike. This example has full fingerboard inlays, and is a beautiful example. This rare specimen is a steal at this price!
