QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization and manage priorities
  • Proficient knowledge of computer programs- Excel and Word
  • General knowledge of and understanding of payroll systems
  • Knowledge of State and Federal guidelines associated with proper personnel file maintenance
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient typist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Invoices and invoice data entry
  • Cash handling and reconciliation
  • Proficient in day to day office duties, printing, organization, reception of deliveries, inventory, liaison between restaurant and vendors, and capturing of meeting minutes
  • Upkeep of hourly job posts on applicant tracking systems and external job boards
  • Distribution of hourly resumes to appropriate managers
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for period up to six (6) hours in length.
  • Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift bus tubs, glass racks and trays frequently weighing up to 25-50 pounds.
