A professional office located in west Fort Worth is seeking a full time qualified Account Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility is to service these accounts and provide the highest level of customer service. The position includes; daily tasks with an emphasis on accuracy, effective communication and with production personnel, and quality control with the ultimate objective of excellent customer service.
Account Manager Requirements:
• Must be able to work full time
• Customer service, communication, and follow-up skills
• Highly organized and efficient
• Demonstrate team capabilities, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Demonstrate excellent cross-functional working relationships
• Must have strong Microsoft Office, phone and general computer skills
• Shows consistent professionalism and good judgment
• Experience in QuickBooks is a huge plus
