This is Roscoe he was born on January 1st , 2018 . Up until about a year ago Roscoe was a healthy as an ox but one day suddenly a bump showed up on the side of his face and continued to grow , now it's gotten so big he walks around with it in his mouth so that it won't hang . In doing so he has opened it up and continues to grow , if there is anybody that can help or know of any LOW cost vets that would be interested in helping Roscoe . The only other option is to put him to sleep and he's to healthy of a dog to be able to do that my number is show contact info
