Lot in N. Fort Worth just minutes from downtown. Survey available in the packet. Not a lot of activity around us, had to go a little further back on the comps to find older new builds. I think a brand new 2026 build should be able to fetch $300K easily, given the close proximity to downtown. Utilities are readily available at the lot, there used to be a home on there. The lot and the entire area surrounding it is in a 100 year flood plain. The area is very populated and doesn't seem like it should be an issue at all, there are plenty of homes around us.
