Hi, I am looking for another roommate to share a four bedroom Historic Fairmont house. Awesome location, just minutes to walk to the shops and restaurants on W Magnolia Ave and steps away from the antique shops on College Ave.

Everything is walk-able and free parking so you can explore the neighborhood without paying for parking. Interior is updated but maintains the historic original hardwood floors.

Security system. Kitchen is stocked with shared appliances and items for cooking and dining.(antibacterial slate floors)

The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed and a small desk. Regular size closet for clothes, storage, etc. Room is 10x12 with bay windows. Shared bathroom with one other person(M).


I have a full sized washer/dryer in a laundry room. Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount +,on the Roku TV.

I have 2 cats who mostly remain upstairs. ( NO other animals accepted)

We will split everything evenly for utilities (electric + gas + water and wifi) Right now there are 3 people occupying the house (1F, 2M), so you would be the 4th. This is a month to month contract. 1 month deposit required. 1 month notice for move-out + $50 move-out cleaning fee. Contract signed and deposit paid before move-in. It's a great deal for the Magnolia location, let me know if you are interested in the room!
